The quality and integrity of ingredients is at the heart of everything we do both behind the bar and in the kitchen. Our team will start by sourcing the finest possible local ingredients ensuring that they have been produced in a sustainable and environmentally friendly way. Once selected we go through an extensive testing phase during which we develop the basis of recipes that will fit into the overall concept.

At Blank Canvas we pride ourselves on innovation. Our team of creatives have vast experience working with innovative kitchen and laboratory equipment such as rotary evaporators and sous vide circulators to create unique flavour experiences. Where possible we aim to maximise yield whilst minimising waste to ensure our carbon footprint is as low as possible.
